This workshop gives you a step by step guide on how to set boundaries in relationships and situations that bother you as well as how to deal with people’s reactions and what to do when our boundaries are crossed.
10 steps on how to regain your confidence, where you get awareness and explore the reasons for your lack of confidence. The workshop will include exercises to help you overcome any setbacks that are in your way.
